Restoran Loon Sing - Award Winning Chinese dining in Nilai

Looking back through my photo directories, I'd taken these pictures in June and totally forgotten about them, haha. Until today! Don't quite remember what the occasion was, but the family and I went to Loon Sing restaurant in Nilai for a simple lunch.

No pictures of the outside, which looks like a cross between a castle and a banquet hall, but the interior is nicely decorated.

Loon Sing's chefs have won huge huge regional competitions for many of their signature dishes, but their Siu Long Pao was actually quite bad. The skin was quite thick and tough, and the actual dumpling was mediocre.

Some sort of Fried rice. Being 3 months ago I don't actually really remember how it tasted, ha ha.

The highlight of the lunch, and my mum and my favorite dish, is the Tung Po Yuk. This is one of Loon Sing's signature dishes, and it's awesomely yummy. Perfect thickness of fats and meats, with a extremely tasty gravy. Totally worth the half-hour drive here.

Don't remember the prices of the dishes, unfortunately. Here's a location map from their website:
